Profilink Ltd. was awarded for best design of fair exposure on the 67th Technical Fair Plovdiv! This honor is awarded to the company for a second time.
18 new tools are implemented into production. This includes tools for new decorative profiles and several set squares, designed for quick and easy installation at the end customer. "Profilink" Ltd. invites its partners and customers at the stand of the company that traditionally participates in the autumn edition of the International Technical Fair in Plovdiv from six years.

It was purchased optical measuring machine for 2D scanning and evaluation of the detail profile through automatically overlaying predefined drawing.
Simple and speedy system, including a large number of software options, gives an accurate picture of the profile of the measured detail. The software allows setting tolerances, designing elements and creating relationships between them. Visualizes separately the measured profile and the dimensioned drawing for a clear assessment. It can measure simultaneously several identical profiles. Creates a report for measurement of the profile of every detail.
The production base of Profilink expands with 4 new extrusion lines Krauss Maffei, model 75-32. The new acquisitions increased the capacity of the company’s production facilities by 34%. To optimize warehousing and to meet the needs of production, Profilink Ltd. purchased MTI turbo mixer and build silos for storage of ready dryblend. It is purchased also software for optimization of the transportation corresponding to the new type of material storage. A system of scales with program management, that have built-in modules for barcode generating and possibility for direct flock production of the store program is built in Profilink.
Thus vastly facilitates traceability of the product from the moment of manufacture till delivery to the end customer.
In September 2010 Profilink Ltd implemented in their production facilities 2 new extruder lines for production of PVC profiles. The new equipment was developed by the German concern Krauss Maffei, model 75-32 P, with length 32 times the screw diameter/for comparison older models have length 26 times the diameter of the screw /. This parameter gives a better plasticization of the material, thereby the product quality is being improved. At the 66-th International Technical Fair in Plovdiv, Autumn 2010 Profilink company presented its new elaboration - profiles for window shutters - excellent protection of privacy and against harmful weather conditions, while providing fresh air, silence, rest and welfare.

Profilink Ltd. received a BEST DESIGN AWARD AT A FAIR EXPOSITION during the 65th International Technical Fair – Plovdiv, AUTUMN 2009. With an elegant cocktail party and an exchange of toasts with whisky at the beginning of August in Kardzhali was opened the new warehouse of Profilink Ltd. It is situated in the Gledka Residential District in the premises of the former Arda factory. The new warehouse is much more spacious than the previous and provides easier profile loading for the purpose of assisting our customers. Profilin k Ltd. keeps expanding its international business activity. Our products have already reached Moldova, where we have opened a warehouse.
Profilink has opened its new international store in Ukraine. You may find our products as well in Kosovo and Romania. Our newest store is being opened in the town of Lovech. During the second half of year 2008 Profilink Ltd. has equipped a contemporary testing laboratory for measurement and control of the parameters of the raw materials and materials used and the ready end product. The laboratory has modern apparatuses for monitoring the main qualitative and physical-mechanical property indices in conformity with the Bulgarian and International Quality Standards. Profilink Ltd. has taken part in the 64th International Technical Fair of Plovdiv – AUTUMN 2008. There the newest system Profilink Premium was presented as an exhibit. Thus the Profilink family grew with one more system.

Profilink Ltd. has satisfied ahead of schedule the requirements of product standard EN 14351-1, which permits placing the European conformity sign – CE on the company products.
